Refund Policy
According to applicable legal terms, URFEND allows the exchange or return of ordered items received within 14 days of their receipt.
The customer must contact our team by email before proceeding with the return. The products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.
Only products that have not been used by the customer, are in good condition, and have complete packaging will be accepted.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the above-mentioned return conditions will be accepted for exchange or refund.
If the customer wishes to be refunded, please note that:
- The refund will be processed within 10 business days after the verification of the item's condition and, whenever possible, using the same payment method used by the customer;
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facilities;
- The refund will only be processed after a detailed verification of the returned products.
If the products arrive damaged, the return shipping costs will be covered by URFEND. The customer will be contacted to arrange the reimbursement of these costs
