Shipping and Deliveries
Delivery time: Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. After processing the order, it will be delivered within 5 to 12 business days. We will send an email after the order leaves our warehouses.
Shipping costs: Standard shipping is free (for all destinations). A fast delivery option is also available, where orders will be delivered within 4 to 10 business days.
Customs duties and import taxes: Due to different customs policies and import taxes, URFEND is not responsible for their payment, which is the responsibility of the consumer. URFEND also has no control over any other potential costs, fees, or taxes that may be applied upon the arrival of an order in the destination country.
The total price includes only the price of the item, the respective VAT, when applicable, and shipping expenses. If the consumer has any doubts, they should contact the local customs office for information on customs costs and their applicability.
Notes:
- Delivery dates may be conditioned by exceptional situations due to internal logistic or operational reasons of the carriers, or during special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, where there is a higher volume of orders;
- Due to internal logistic reasons, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You will receive an email for each shipment made, listing the items dispatched in that shipment;
- If for any reason you are unable to be present to receive your order, depending on the carrier and the dimensions of the item, one of the following actions may occur:
- A new delivery attempt (usually the next day).
- A notification left in the mailbox to pick up at a collection point.
- Initiation of the return process to URFEND.
- At the time of receiving the order, you must check the integrity of the items in the presence of the courier and refuse delivery if there are visible damages.
